Mit vielen von ihnen ist Luis mittlerweile freundschaftlich verbunden. Einmal im Jahr, beim größten und authentischsten Südtirol Fest Deutschlands rund um unser Genusshotel im Allgäu, haben auch Sie die Möglichkeit, die Produzenten selbst kennenzulernen und noch mehr über die Herstellung der Produkte zu erfahren. Das wohl bekannteste Südtiroler Produkt, den legendären Speck, der in den typischen schwarzen Selchkucheln heranreift, tischen wir Ihnen zur Begrüßung auf. Zur Speckplatte reichen wir Ihnen ein Glas Sekt.

The aroma of freshly brewed South Tyrolean Alps Coffee lures you out of your cosy bed for breakfast in Bad Wörishofen and leads you directly to the rich breakfast buffet. Genuine South Tyrolean Speck (dry-cured smoked ham) and Kaminwurzen (smoked, dried sausages) from Eisacktal, ham and house salami from our trusted buture, the finest jams from Martelltal, honey from South Tyrolean beekeeper Michael Hafner, tea from Kräuter Rebellen from Martelltal, fresh fruit, different Mueslis, crispy pastries, egg dishes freshly prepared in front of your eyes, as well as many other sweet and savoury delicacies await you when you visit our wellness hotel in Bad Wörishofen. All these delicacies are served on shingles that come from the roof of the old barn of the “Joselehof” farm in the South Tyrolean valley of Ultental. With us, you can enjoy good cuisine with a clear conscience because sustainability in all areas is a matter close to our hearts. The majority of the products in our gourmet hotel in Allgäu come from small producers who follow strict guidelines in their production processes.
